I'm seeing about 2L of flow per loop if only one zone is on. I would expect the pumps to able to max the flow meters on the manifolds at 4L per loop.ħ. I designed the layout myself using loopcad. The spacing was 12" expect for the bathrooms which was 9". The pex was attached to the rebar which was set in the middle of the 6" SlabĤ.
Both the underside and the perimeter was insulated to R16 (4") of ESP White rigid foam type 2ģ. Everything has oxygen barrier and was spec'd by the plumberĢ. 1/2" pex was Heatline and the 3/4" was Uponor so I could use the Wirsporo fittings.
